Hey Bloggers 👋 Today I will be talking about my narrative that I did this term. My narrative is called, Australian Terrorist. It's about me going to my dance comp with my dance teacher. We hop on a plane to go to Australia and this very suspicious guy comes in the plane. We start to get very suspicious and then BOOM! He drops a bomb and we break the window and get out, we jump out of the plane with para shoots. We safely land and were all ok !  Some of my story was real, I went to a dance comp in Australia ! But the bomb part was NOT real. And the story goes on and on but I don't need to tell you all of it ! If you want to read all of it then here is the link !

Camp Thoughts

Camp Thoughts 

Hey Bloggers, Today I'm going to be talking about how I feel before I go to camp. Before I start were going to Mt Ruapehu ! I'm Feeling very calm and nervous to go to camp because I have never been to camp and I have never snowboarded before. I feel like when I go on the mountain to snowboard I'm going to keep on falling over and hurting myself. But at the same time I think to myself I need to try something new. I'm also worried about the long drive to go there because I think I'm going to get home sick and puke ! I think I'm going to learn a lot from this trip. I will learn how to take care of myself, How to snowboard and how to be respectful to others on the mountain. I'm in a cabin with Brooklyn, Mercedes , Hepi, Grace, Cassie, Peytin and Jia. I Feel really safe with my cabin buddies because I know them all very well and I feel like they keep me safe. And I also think we will have a good time in our cabin !

Novel Work

Novel work Term 2

Welcome to Term 3 !

In Term 2 we did some work on the novels. The name of my novel was Cool by Michael Morpurgo. The novel was about a boy named Robbie and a dog named Lucky. Robbie and Lucky went out for a walk, a car hit Robbie and now he's in a coma at the hospital. He wakes up at the end of the book and Lucky is still alive and stays with him. 

 The first activity we did on the novel was comprehension questions. Basically, it's questions you have to answer about the novel, there was 12 questions to answer and we had to answer them with full sentences. We also did another set of comprehension questions in this term, it had 8 questions.   

The next activity was a describe map of Michael Morpurgo. We had to research about his family, his books, his work , his schooling and his interests. I found a lot of information on the website called, https://www.michaelmorpurgo.com/ it has a lot of info about Micheal Morpurgo.
