Wai - Int Orientation ❇️

Hey Bloggers, today the 29 of November some of the Year 6s went to Waikowhai Intermediate to to find out their classes. I was feeling very nervous and I had a lot of butterflies in my stomach. When I arrived I saw Grace and some other year 6s sitting at the front. We waited for Brooklyn and Ayva. When all the students were in the Hall the Principle stated talking, He welcomed us in the school and he stared talking about the teachers for next year. Brooklyn, Ayva and I are all in the same class! We are with Miss Kumar and some of her previous students told us that she can ROAST YOU!! We don't want our teacher to roast us! Anyway she's really nice and funny and she likes Art and she likes Maths a lot! In her class we got all about me colouring sheets. It was very fun with Ayva and Brooklyn and I really like my teacher. Looks like next year is going to be a good year!

Athletic's Day !

ATHLETICS ♡ 

On the 17th of November, Waikowhai Primary had their Athletics day. We all spilt into age groups, I'm 11 so I was in the 10 to 11 year old girls group. On the day we got to do a lot of activity's like 400m and 200m dash, Sprints, Hurtles, Tennis, High Jump, Long Jump, House Relays and much more. We had 8 races and I made it into finals and semi finals but sadly I didn't make it into zones. But I'm very glad that my other friends got into zones! Then when we did all of our activity's we all got into our house groups and had House Relays. I'm in Pukeko. The other houses are Kea, Ruru and Tui, they haven't told us who won the relays yet! I'm very desperate to find out who came first. Here are some photos from the day!
